” Friday May 10th & Saturday May 11th we’ll be broadcasting from Blauwe Theehuis in Amsterdams Vondelpark as part of the SOTU festival. Friday Wasted Years Of Pumping Iron is spacing out and we’ll go for futuristic beats & electronics with Wavefiles on the Saturday. Amongst these two Red Light residents we’ll have artists from the SOTU schedule performing live in het Blauwe Theehuis. Everybody’s is welcome to hang out and see it all with your own eyes! ”

Im playing 2 sets @ Sotu Festival 2013 SOTU ” Sounds Of the Underground” Check out the video for an impression from last year.

The idea behind 22sessions is to give five talented producers the opportunity to remix a famous composition, this time we chose to remix Simeon ter Holt’s Canto Ostinato by Arts The Beatdoctor, BoeBoe, Bootycall, Oby Nine & Vincent-Paolo. For those who couldn’t be there we made a 1.5 minute video impression (by J.M. Bosgraaf). All the remixes will be soon available on: 22tracks.bandcamp.com

Another month Another ”Wavefiles” and now its time for an XL edition.
super stocked to play longside Lunice & Girl unit.

A few years ago i went on a fam trip to Belgium and ofcourse all the woman in the fam wanted to go shopping so i got dragged allong
We entered the shop ”Urban outfitters” and that’s where i first heard
Girl Unit – Wut / Girl unit - IRL (Bok Bok remix) and i was like WTFF they play good music here because be honest in most big commercial clothing shops they do intend to play shitty music.

So i walked to the counter and the guy pointed to the cd’s that where next to the counter and it was the ”Night Slugs Allstars Vol.1’’ CD.
so yeah Im really looking forward to Girl-Unit his set.

With the worldwide success of our Soulection Compilation Volume One that featured some of the most promising producers of our generaten two years ago in January 2011, it was essential to create volume two. It’s amazing to see our progression and how far we’ve came in just 730 days. Here we are after 25 releases with our first official record! It was almost a year ago when we started to compile an array of artists who we felt reflected the sound of tomorrow. Since day one we’ve known that we would get to this very point. The only thing holding us back from getting higher is the the time in between!

These specific artists are all Soulection affiliated and we felt that every track on here has a “timeless’ feel to them. in fact, we feel that this record is one that you can play years and years down the line and still get that original feeling of when you first heard it. There tracks have no expiration date; styles that have no flow. This record was created and compiled to change your perspective on music and the future of where we are headed.
